Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup syrup

Instructions

  • Wash the blueberries
  • Add the blueberries to a saucepan over medium-low heat
  • Macerate the blueberries with a wood spoon 
  • Add syrup to the saucepan
  • Add any options flavorings (ginger, lemon zest, etc) 
  • Heat for 10 minutes
  • Serve warm but can be set to side and served at room temperature
