- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons parsley
Wash parsley and lemon
Cut garlic
Chop parsley
Slice lemon in half
Add garlic and butter to sauce pan
Cook on medium for 20 min or until garlic is golden brown
Remove and add juice of one lemon
Add fresh parsley
Serve hot for dipping or allow to chill if you want to spread it
