Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Instructions

  • Wash parsley and lemon
  • Cut garlic
  • Chop parsley
  • Slice lemon in half
  • Add garlic and butter to sauce pan
  • Cook on medium for 20 min or until garlic is golden brown
  • Remove and add juice of one lemon
  • Add fresh parsley
  • Serve hot for dipping or allow to chill if you want to spread it
